The kitchen has been my playground as far back as I can remember and I'm still always curious about how things work and the science of cooking. Trying new flavors, textures and techniques are always on the menu in my kitchen. I am passionate about bold citrus flavors and fresh herbs and spices as highlighted on my Instagram. That's how I create original and tasty food that's as close to nature as possible. Since I'm always up for a challenge, when sourdough entered my line of vision, I jumped at the opportunity.
The Queen of Sourdough:
I discovered the benefits of sourdough bread along my continuous quest for nutritious and nourishing food. After researching the methods and teaching myself the mechanics, I created my own sourdough starter and was instantly hooked. Since then, I continuously create mouthwatering sourdough bread, challah, pretzel buns, pita, pizza and crackers. As I continue to expand my horizons, I’ve even baked sweets and desserts like babka and donuts and can’t wait to see what’s next.
