A beginner’s workshop, generally lasts 2-3 hours and covers the following topics with a hands-on experience:
Creating and caring for your own starter.
The process of bread baking with sourdough.
A touch of information on Sourdough Challa.
During the workshop you will get to taste a piece of my freshly baked bread.
And to take home you will receive some of my starter, a proofing basket with ready to bake dough, and a list of resources and information to help get you started at home.
Over 90% of attendees to date are successfully baking and experimenting with sourdough at home, just by attending this one class.
